im OJT-on job training..for god sake...huhu..but yet, the bosses expect me to and can do everything, yeah i can give it my very best, but then i still need guidance on certain thing that i havent done it before,OMG! i need to prepare tender plan, i need to do bidding, i need to convince the partners on new technologies and i got to develop myself here! how how how? damn....no more CTE here, its just me alone, no seniors..the decision is in my hand! either i will screw it or i finally made it! its something i need to prove, like my boss said "let u be the example for others, let your database be the sample for others, bring in carigali working environment"...walawey.....dis is big...bigggggggggg enough when u first arrived then people started to look at u and "hey this is your workscope, u r the one who should do it"..can i? can i ever do all this? can i produce all the monthly reports? just try ur best! good luck me...hehe...
