because of teh tarik.....

the night was so quiet. empty. not even a sound. there was no wind. i could even hear myself breathing with the quietness around me.

dinner was ready. ayam paprik with white rice. it was okey, but too spicy. never mind, i will try to reduce the chilli next time around. 

the clothes need to be ironed. the movies need to be watched. and the presentation materials need to be reviewed. so much things to do in a night. the breathing became more faster than the minutes ago. i need to keep myself calm.

i fetch the kettle, the empty one and filled with the filtered water. i rotated to open the cold water tap. while waiting for the liters of water, i sneaked to watch the preview in the show movie. numerous new movies just being released. shooot. i need to catch them all!!!!

oh,i almost forgot! the kettle was full, i closed the tap and waited patiently for the water to be boiled. as i was waiting for that, i suddenly remembered the movie that i need to watch. jumped back to my bed, i played the proposal. it is still a nice movie, even watching it for second time.

ah, the water must be ready. i fetched my instant teh tarik in our ration's locker, and headed to the kitchen. but what was that? where was the smoke coming from? the sink? 

i did not closed the tap? and when did i use the HOT water instead of cold water to fill the kettle? why then the hot water tap was opened?

i can't think of anything. i put down the mug. slowly i closed the tap. to get rid of the smoke of hot water. left my teh tarik instant packet there. walked slowly and patiently to my room and bravely  i locked the door.

damn. there was nobody at home. my housemate was out for a dinner. and i was alone actually.
